# Release status

**Status:** continuity release candidate, not yet a public corpus release.

This packet is deliberately smaller than the previously contemplated
five-paper publication set. It exists so that the exact kernel, a current
results register, and a clear handoff route can survive independently of any
single operator or conversation.

## Before public publication

- Confirm the author name and public contact address to place in Git history.
- Choose a license. Until then, ordinary copyright remains with the author.
- Decide whether the repository is public or private.
- Re-run `python3 verification/verify_exact_kernel.py`.
- Confirm `CHECKSUMS.sha256` against the packaged files.
- Keep the status words `CERTIFIED`, `DERIVED`, `OBSERVED-CONDITIONAL`,
  `DECLARED`, and `OPEN` intact.
- Do not lead the public presentation with 137, Higgs, Goedel, consciousness,
  or a theory-of-everything claim. Begin with the exact kernel and its audit
  rule.

## Versioning rule

Never silently replace a dated result. Correct it in a new commit and record:

1. the prior statement;
2. the refusal or failure;
3. the corrected statement;
4. the test that distinguishes them.

## Rights

No reuse license is granted by this snapshot. Preservation, private technical
review, and transmission to the named continuity recipients are authorized.
