The Clear Onyx atomic instruments are served directly from a pinned LotusLift source snapshot. The tourbillon and Mechanical Eye extend the room with mechanical and spectral readers.

A finite coherent superposition of selected 1s, 2p, 3d and 4f Coulomb representatives, with phase evolution, density, interference, probability current and prepared-state return.
Ideal field-free, nonrelativistic one-electron model. The canvas is an equatorial state-field read; the selected preparation is finite.

A correlated two-electron singlet-S instrument using seven Hylleraas basis functions, a generalized eigenproblem, exchange reads and configuration-space views.
Fixed-nucleus, field-free, nonrelativistic finite-basis approximation. Energies and configuration-space slices retain that approximation boundary.
Two live four-shell Hydrogen-centered carriers in fixed H–O–H geometry, with density, contrast, current and all 28 unordered pairwise field relations.
Declared two-center Hydrogen carrier at the empirical 104.52° bond angle. A correlated molecular eigenfunction and an ab initio water solver remain outside this construction.
An exact D₇ action on the seven-state p-occupation descriptor, with a seven-cycle, reflection pairs and exhaustive finite group closure of order 14.
Exact descriptor action. The circle-of-fifths ordering is a declared reading convention; physical transmutation and pitch assignment are outside its scope.
A clocked 137-address writer and dual reader, with 31 sampled wavelengths, a declared two-beam sphere approximation, spectral color conversion and exportable receipts.
First-order phase-optics computation and program-owned state read. Material realization and biological interpretation require their own evidence.
The four atomic pages retain their repository bytes. SALIA v0.4 retains its supplied HTML. The tourbillon source fragment is retained verbatim inside a standalone page wrapper.
Inline JavaScript syntax was checked locally for the atomic pages. The Helium repository supplies a 45/45 upstream transcript; that upstream suite has not been independently rebuilt here. Mathematical components, numerical approximations and declared displays retain their separate scopes.
The current Clear Onyx source reserves reuse rights. These author-approved copies are available to run and inspect; the repository license remains attached to the source record.
